Business Development / Sales Representative Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC About Us Our client is a privately owned restoration, construction, and environmental services company that has proudly served commercial and residential clients since 1992. Position Overview We are assisting our client to find driven, relationship-focused Sales / Business Development Representative based in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships within Property Management, Multifamily Housing, Education, and Senior Living markets. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, thrives in face-to-face relationship building, and can confidently represent 24/7emergency response services, restoration, construction, and asbestos abatement . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with: Multifamily ownership and management groups Education facilities (K–12, private schools, charter schools, and campuses) Senior Living and Assisted Living communities Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the Atlanta metro area Conduct in-person sales calls, site visits, and educational meetings Educate clients on: Emergency preparedness and response Water, fire, mold, and storm restoration Construction and rebuild services Asbestos abatement and environmental compliance Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients mitigate risk and protect their assets Coordinate with operations, abatement teams, and project management to ensure exceptional client experiences Track activity, contacts, and opportunities using CRM tools Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, and networking functions Meet or exceed sales and relationship-growth objectives Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (Restoration, construction, environmental services, property services, or facilities preferred) Experience working with or selling into: Property Management and Multifamily assets Education facilities Senior Living or healthcare-adjacent environments Knowledge of or willingness to learn asbestos abatement regulations and environmental services Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a defined territory Relationship-driven mindset with long-term account focus Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure Established brand with over 30 years of credibility Privately owned company with strong leadership and a people-first culture Growth opportunities in a thriving Atlanta market Support from experienced restoration, construction, and abatement teams Mileage reimbursement and business development expense support Why Join Our Client This is an opportunity to represent a respected, privately owned company with a full-service offering that includes restoration, construction, and asbestos abatement.
