About the role

• As a Roofing Installer at Liberty Roofing Pros, you'll be on the roof as part of our crew, installing asphalt shingle and metal roof systems from start to finish. This is a hands-on job for someone who works hard, shows up on time, and takes pride in quality work. You'll take direction from your Crew Leader and help every roof meet the standard we've built since 2017.

What you'll do

• Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
• Install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec
• Load, carry, and stage materials, tools, and safety equipment
• Show up on time, work hard, and follow all jobsite safety rules (PPE, ladders, harnesses)

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights on ladders throughout the day
• Reliable, hard-working, and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus
