Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic summer assignment designed for a Physical Therapist with a passion for supporting students in an engaging K-12 setting. This contract opportunity runs from June 29, 2026, through July 30, 2026, offering the unique chance to work onsite and contribute to student success during the extended school year.

As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll work Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 12pm, collaborating with staff to provide individualized physical therapy services. This summer caseload will allow you to make an impact across a diverse student population, helping shape progress in mobility, participation, and functional independence for children and teens.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Previous experience delivering pediatric therapy services in a school environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt interventions for a range of K-12 students
• Comfort working onsite in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement therapy services according to IEP objectives
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor progress and create the best possible learning environment
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of all services provided
• Participate in meetings as required for student planning and team coordination
