ALL ABOUT SEASONAL JOBS Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. Required Skills Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Learn and adapt to current technology needs. Work both independently and with a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes. Basic Expectations Accurately handle cash register operations. Climb up and down ladders. Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
