Minimum Salary: $80,000.00
Maximum Salary: $89,000.00
Base Salary: $80,000
Quarterly Incentive Plan: $9,000 per year

Summary The Senior Account Manager (HORECA) is responsible for prospecting and managing new customers in the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels.
Responsibilities - Partners with customers to develop and introduce a sales plan that will generate the desired growths in volume and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly strategic, interpersonal and analytical.
- Performs regular business reviews with customers within territory.
- Sell-in their day-to-day volumes and implement promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages.
- Ensures customers are following the agreement set with the company.
- Interacts with distribution team and communicates with customers on distribution updates.
- Reviews DOS/Inventory report daily and share inventory status with customers.
- Works with planning team to guarantee supply chain metrics (IE: OTIF) are satisfactory.
Qualifications - Ability to travel as needed throughout respected territory
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to sell value, manage sales processes and think critically into covered accounts
- Five years in sales within consumer-packaged goods industry
- Demonstrated ability to act autonomously
- Self-starter, goal oriented, excellent planning skills
- Four-year degree preferred
