Working remotely during regular business hours in the Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Senior Corporate Investigator will conduct independent investigations into potential violations of company policies and applicable laws, ensuring the integrity and reputation of the organization. Key responsibilities Plan, perform, and manage complex investigations with high efficiency and professionalism Develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including senior leadership, and assess investigative findings for risks and implications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university At least 10 years of experience in investigations within corporate, legal, compliance, or law enforcement environments Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end investigations, including planning and report writing Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent investigations and meet deadlines Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
