The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, operating with a high degree of business acumen, judgment, and autonomy to enable strategic priorities, optimize operations, and support effective decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and influence outcomes across multiple functions. This role partners closely with the Marketing Strategic Initiatives leader and executive administrative peers to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience providing executive support to C-level leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with expertise in the latest versions. Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills with strong attention to detail. Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving mindset, with strong decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing priorities, and uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
