Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Current state licensure or eligibility
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Your Daily Impact:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations for referred elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to guide goal setting and progress monitoring
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and communications
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students with speech and language challenges
