Temporary Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant

Location: Hatfield, PA | Onsite

Schedule: Monday Friday (flexible schedule: 25-30 hours/week)

Duration: Temporary, starting ASAP through September (subject to change based on business needs)

Compensation: $23.00-$26.00/hour (depending on experience)

Clemens Food Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant to support our AR team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours in a professional office environmentgreat for students, parents, or anyone seeking a short-term opportunity. This position focuses on administrative support and does not require prior accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Label and categorize customer deductions
• Assign deductions to appropriate processors
• Attach and organize supporting documentation (backup)
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely processing
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
