Keep Our Mountain Moving (About the Job)We're looking for creative, hard-working individuals to join our **Terrain Park Crew**. This team is the heartbeat of Tenney's freestyle experience - designing, building, and maintaining terrain features that challenge and inspire riders of all levels. If you live for powder days, park laps, and shaping snow with purpose, this is your chance to leave your mark on the mountain. Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)Feature Construction & MaintenanceBuild, shape, and repair jumps, rails, boxes, and landingsMonitor snow conditions and adjust features for safety and flowPerform daily inspections and document maintenance Guest Safety & ExperienceSet up signage, fencing, and closuresEducate guests on terrain park etiquette and safe riding practicesSupport ski patrol and respond to incidents when needed Snow & Equipment HandlingOperate hand tools and snow shaping equipmentAssist with snowmaking and grooming coordinationMaintain tools and report equipment issues Team CollaborationCommunicate with lift ops, grooming, and patrol teamsContribute ideas for park layout and rider progressionHelp document park status and assist with social media content Your Mountain Toolkit (Qualifications)Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs regularly) Basic mechanical or carpentry skills Availability on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Bonus Runs (Preferred Experience)Prior terrain park or ski resort experience Snowboarding or skiing proficiency Familiarity with park tools and snow shaping techniques Experience operating snowmobiles or ATVs The Perks of the Peak (What You Get)Competitive pay Ski where you work - **mountain access included! **Tenney Mountain Resort is an equal opportunity employer.
