Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)Ticket Agents ensure courteous service, while helping guests with their individual needs. Agents work efficiently to conduct ticket sales transactions but are also responsive to positively answering or directing guest's questions and/or concerns.Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.Your Ticket to Ride (Position Requirements)A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important service role. The right candidate will be able to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands. Excellent listening/communication skills are necessary as is an ability to accurately perform basic math. Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, and general computer knowledge is required.Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.
