About the Position

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential weekend shifts included
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (3W) with 19 beds
• Patient ratios of 5:1 therapy to patient and 6:1 nurse to patient
• Work within PT, OT, and SLP service lines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, PTAs, SLPs, RNs, LPNs, CNCs, and PCTs
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and document using Expanse system
• Inpatient care experience required; training and mentorship available
• Experience working with neurological patients preferred but not required
• May float to med/surge unit if inpatient rehab census is lower
• Strong customer service, communication, and rounding skills required
• Required certifications: BLS
• New Hampshire license required within applicable scope of practice
• Scrubs required; no specific color requirement

This inpatient rehabilitation facility is housed within a main hospital building and features a dedicated 19-bed unit equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The unit maintains high standards of patient care supported by a highly experienced, tenured staff with a track record of strong team collaboration, low turnover, and outstanding patient outcomes. The facility utilizes the Expanse documentation system and offers a full range of rehabilitation service lines including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.
