Valet Attendant

The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Valet Attendant who shares a passion for service excellence. The Valet Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
• Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely.
• Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details & inspect vehicle for any damage.
• Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be available weekends, holidays and some overnights.
• Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
• Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.
• Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Service passion.
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.

Please be aware that scheduling will be based on as needed. Events, High Business Volumes etc.

Salary - $20.60/hr
