Web Designer

As a Web Designer, you will:

• Lead strategy, architecture, design, development, and continuous improvement of MARAD's enterprise websites and digital products, ensuring they align with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Design and implement user-centered digital experiences by leading user research, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility initiatives that improve how customers access information and services.
• Develop and maintain secure, accessible, and high-performing web solutions by applying modern web technologies, accessibility standards, security requirements, and digital governance best practices.
• Serve as the agency's senior technical advisor on web and digital initiatives, providing guidance to leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Lead and coordinate the work of developers, designers, content authors, and contractors to deliver innovative, scalable, and mission-focused digital solutions.
