Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Nights 12;Weekend Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Immediate- ongoing coverage; Night shifts; No call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Critical Care/Intensive Care; initial patient assessments and triage, patient screening, rounding, review of laboratory and procedure results, coordination of follow-up care, patient and family communication, medication/diagnostic/treatment pre-authorizations.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA); National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required for Physician Assistants
• Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC); Board Certified or Board Eligible required

Facility Location
Scranton offers year-round historic attractions.
