The Genetic Counselor provides remote-based infertility counseling services for offices across the United States. This role includes delivering test results, conducting comprehensive counseling sessions, and serving as a genetic counseling resource for reproductive specialists working with diverse patient populations. Supported by a team of genetic counselors and medical geneticists, the Genetic Counselor also contributes to process improvements, patient experience initiatives, and educational and research projects. Key Responsibilities Provide remote infertility counseling, including test result delivery and comprehensive sessions. Serve as a genetic counseling resource for reproductive specialists and patients. Collaborate with a team of genetic counselors and medical geneticists to ensure high‑quality patient care. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience. Participate in educational programs and research initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling. Minimum of 2 years of professional genetic counseling experience. Strong knowledge of infertility counseling and reproductive genetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Prior experience in reproductive health or infertility counseling. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient care. Experience contributing to research or educational initiatives.
