Our client, Collins Aerospace, is hiring an Incident Manager to join their team in Annapolis, MD!
**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits** | **MID (overnight) SHIFT 11pm-7:30am EST**
As the Incident Manager , you will support a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring and resolving network and system incidents within a 24/7 operational environment . This role is critical in ensuring high availability across IP networks, messaging systems, and air-to-ground communication platforms while delivering timely incident resolution and excellent customer support.
