Follow up with Clients for past due payments
Contact Insurance Carriers to confirm payments were made
Emailing and/or mailing our Clients Insurance Policies and Endorsements
RequirementsCustomer service orientation : Professional and friendly demeanor when answering phones and greeting clients.
Data entry accuracy : Fast and accurate typing skills for entering data into company systems.
Computer proficiency : Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and email platforms.
Technical adaptability : Ability to quickly learn and navigate new internal software and digital tools.
