Compensation - Base service pay of $25–$30 per service hour , based on experience
- Typical earning potential of $40–$50 per service hour with tips
- Same-day tip payouts

We are hiring both full-time and part-time massage therapists. There is no minimum weekly shift requirement, and therapists have flexibility in determining how many sessions they perform each day.
Applicants must be available to work some evenings and one weekend day. You may choose either Saturday or Sunday based on availability and the needs of the spa.
Immediate Client Demand
Our established membership base and strong appointment demand allow new therapists to begin building a full schedule immediately. We handle the marketing, booking, and client acquisition so you can focus on providing excellent care.
Time Between Appointments
Therapists receive
15 minutes between scheduled appointments , giving you time to reset the room, complete notes, prepare for your next client, and take care of yourself.

A Stable and Supportive Team Many members of our staff have been with the spa for more than five years, and our management team has worked together since 2019.
Our team describes the spa as a family-style environment where people support one another and want to see each person succeed in their career. We believe great therapists do their best work when they feel respected, heard, and supported.
We also hold quarterly spa meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, share ideas, and continue improving the employee and guest experience.
Responsibilities - Provide customized massage therapy sessions based on each client’s needs and goals
- Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-quality guest experience
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment documentation
- Educate clients about appropriate massage modalities and service enhancements without sales quotas
- Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of treatment rooms and common areas
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other team members
- Follow all spa policies, safety procedures, and state licensing requirements
Qualifications - Current Michigan massage therapy license required
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Swedish massage required
- Experience with additional modalities is valued but not required
- Ability to customize sessions based on client needs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Belief in the physical and emotional benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
- Ability to maintain required professional liability insurance
Experience in deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point, neuromuscular, myofascial, sports massage, craniosacral, Reiki, or other modalities is welcome. Continuing education and additional modality training are available.
Interview Process
Our hiring process generally includes two to three conversations with members of our leadership team, followed by a practical massage assessment.
