Bilingual Loan Originator (Dallas, TX) — $60,000 to $150,000 A rapidly growing financial services company specializing in property tax lending is seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Loan Originator to join their Dallas-based team. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys building lasting relationships. You’ll connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, online applications, and referrals, guiding them through the loan process from first contact to closing. This is a high-energy position with strong earning potential through a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and a commission structure that rewards your results. Key Responsibilities Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions, explaining terms, title requirements, and repayment options. Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads and active loans, maintaining consistent communication to meet or exceed performance goals. Handle both warm and cold calls while providing outstanding customer service. Guide applicants through each step of the process, ensuring all questions are answered and documentation is complete. Keep accurate records in the company’s CRM, updating statuses, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating with internal departments. Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and NMLS licensing standards. Stay informed about lending regulations and industry changes. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Previous experience in loan origination, real estate, or sales strongly preferred. Familiarity with loan origination systems and sales software a plus. Must pass a clean criminal background check. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional phone presence. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Solid math skills and understanding of financial concepts. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
