The team leads the design and delivery of a trusted unified data foundation, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI solutions across lululemon's vertically integrated retail ecosystem, embedding strong data governance and responsible AI practices from the very beginning. By applying AI to critical business challenges and creating new, transformative AI solutions, the team helps reshape how lululemon operates. Through deep partnership with product, technology, and business teams, Enterprise Data & AI accelerates product innovation, unlocks measurable value, elevates guest and educator experiences, and drives enterprise efficiency. A day in the life Reporting to the SVP of AI Engineering AI Research, & Data, the Technology Operations Senior Manager drives operational rhythm to ensure seamless orchestration to drive leadership alignment, driving the rhythm of business across the organization, with a focus on facilitating leadership meetings (VP+), facilitating business reviews for portfolios under the SVP's scope, providing technology updates, and analytical support on team budgets/financials. As a key strategic partner to the SVP of AI/ML, the Senior Manager, Technology Operations will: Drive Strategic Execution: Partner with the SVP and leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, align priorities, and monitor progress. Act as Key Liaison: Serve as the SVP's primary point for requests, triage priorities, and coordinate delivery across VP teams and stakeholders. Lead Operational Rhythm: Own quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic offsites; design agendas and ensure follow- through on decisions. Enable Communication & Partnerships: Build strong cross-functional relationships and craft narratives that articulate vision and progress to senior leadership. Support Financial & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with FP&A and Tech Ops on budgets, and partner with TPMO and global regions to drive process improvements. Strong technical and analytical acumen with the ability to self-serve and become a go-to person for reporting and analytics. Detail and results-oriented, self-directed and accountable with strong project management and execution skills demonstrating the ability to drive results across a distributed set of stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and concisely supporting or working closely with executives. The typical hiring range for this position is from $144,100 - $189,100 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
