About the Position

The Marketing Assistant supports Warner's Business Development + Marketing Department through a variety of marketing, communications, digital content and operational initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience across website management, email marketing, events, public relations, marketing technology and business development support while working closely with attorneys, firm leadership and marketing professionals.

  • Maintain and update content across the firm’s website, including attorney biographies, press releases, articles, client alerts, firm announcements, and other digital content.
  • Create and distribute marketing communications, including newsletters, webinar invitations, event promotions, and other email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the administration of the firm’s CRM and marketing technology platforms, including contact management, list segmentation, data quality initiatives, and marketing databases.
  • Coordinate and track marketing projects, requests, deadlines, workflows, and departmental processes to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of client events, webinars, seminars, sponsorships, and other business development activities.
  • Gather, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics across website, email, social media, video, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate attorney photography and maintain professional images and brand assets across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development, editing, formatting, and production of marketing materials, presentations, graphics, award submissions, rankings, and other promotional content.
  • Maintain marketing resources, templates, intranet content, collateral, promotional items, branded materials, and departmental documentation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and external partners while providing operational and administrative support for marketing, business development, and special projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe InDesign, Canva or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and best practices is a plus.
