Precision Assembly | Regulated Manufacturing | Fort Collins, CO We are seeking detailoriented and mechanically inclined
Assemblers to support a growing manufacturing operation in
Fort Collins, Colorado . This role involves highmix electromechanical assembly at the component level within an
ISO 7 (Class 10K) cleanroom environment .
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with cleanroom, medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience who are comfortable working under a microscope and following strict quality and process standards.
Shift Schedule & Training - Training Period (approximately 9 months):
- 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Permanent Shift After Training:
- 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Candidates must be willing and able to permanently transition to 2nd shift following completion of training. Compensation $20.00 - $26.00 per hour , based on experience
Job Summary This position supports highprecision electromechanical assembly in a regulated cleanroom environment. The Mechanical Assembler will perform componentlevel assembly, operate specialized production equipment, and ensure all work meets quality and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble mechanical and electronic components at the component level in an ISOclassified cleanroom
- Perform light setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling
- Conduct hand soldering and pickandplace operations for microelectronics
- Operate wire bonders, test stands, reflow ovens, and convection ovens
- Utilize optical microscopes and CT scanning equipment for precision assembly and inspection
- Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and detailed work instructions
- Accurately document work using MRP systems and productivity reporting metrics
- Maintain cleanroom protocols, organization, and safety compliance at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications - Mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience
- Experience working in an ISOclassified cleanroom environment
- Strong attention to detail and handeye coordination
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and quality standards
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting capability
Preferred Qualifications - Soldering experience
- Electronic or microassembly experience
- Power tool usage
- Inspection or quality control experience
- Ability to read schematics or technical drawings
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
