What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, techs, and support staff
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Respond quickly and effectively to patient crises and emergencies
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and follow-up care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience preferred
• Critical thinking, effective communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records system
